Julia & Marcus in New York City

 Julia and I did a food tour of the lower East Side on Saturday. These were some amazing Chinese Dumplings on our food tour! They went for 12 dumplings for $3.00! We wished we had these around the corner from us in London after a late night at the bar.

We went for dinner at Michaels of Brooklyn for Julia's 21st birthday. We were originally supposed to go the night before but after our flight was delayed 6 hours we chose to go the next evening! Julia and Our waiter, Enzo, was a very charming Italian gentlemen and a true Brooklyn native. Julia and I both agreed it was one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had.

 I got a custom order of Salmon, cherry tomatoes, egg plant, lightly fried in garlic and oil and tossed in fusilli. Julia had a Veal dish with pasta and mozzerella. Our waiter also brought us out a surprise dessert for Julia's birthday!

 One of Nathans famous hot dogs and a Shrimp Po'Boy for lunch!

 We stumbled in on a wall art display. Some very neat stuff. 

We took the Q line into Brooklyn A LOT, so we were very excited to see it. 

Julia inevitably found a dog and made a new friend.
